A carousel that comes to the party, even indoors! Our traditional children's carousel, also known as the merry-go-round or small Victorian gallopers, is the only one of our carousels that can be carried into a venue, so it brings a real fairground ride to indoor parties, halls and garden parties where bigger rides cannot go.
Younger children adore it. The traditionally painted horses are intricately designed and show real craftsmanship, and children love choosing their favourite horse before gliding round to the music. Parents often say it looks even lovelier up close than in photographs.
Why choose the carry-in carousel?
Because it opens up so many more venues. Its portability means it can go into function rooms, community halls and marquees, as well as gardens with narrow access, giving you a proper carousel without needing a large outdoor site. It is perfect for Christmas parties, birthday celebrations and winter events.
Hiring this carousel alongside our Traditional Ferris Wheel creates a spectacular package that delights guests of all ages. For a fancier finish, see our Traditional Carousel | Indoor Carousel Deluxe.
Hire starts from £800, with final pricing depending on the event date, the number of items booked and the operating hours required. Our pricing is transparent, with no hidden costs after your quote, and we are happy to discuss extra options and package deals for longer hire periods.
We offer a nationwide event service from London and Cambridge, and the carousel suits Christmas parties in Hertfordshire and garden parties in Cornwall. Pair it with our children's funfair rides and fairground stalls and games for more fun.
